2009 Holiday Season Shipping Information
UTA/UPS Shipping Notice Update:
- Any order placed after 3pm east time Dec 23rd - will be shipped Dec 28th - Ups will not be picking up ground shipments these days due to the holiday, no order cancellations will be allowed as usual during this time.
- Any orders placed After 3Pm Dec 30th 2009 will be shipped Jan 4th 2010 - Ups will not be picking up ground shipments these days due to the holiday, no order cancellations will be allowed as usual during this time.
- Customer Service, via telephone will also be limited on these days (use the schedule ablove) - we recommend you email with questions instead of calling.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipping Policy |
- Once an order leaves our warehouse, the SHIPPING COMPANY (i.e. UPS, Post Office, etc.) becomes the responsible party.
- If your shipment is lost or damaged, we will file all paperwork necessary to start an investigation with the shipping company and ask for your patience during this period.
- If your package is late due to weather conditions, UPS errors, etc., we will do our best to get your package to you as soon as possible - Again, we are not responsible for late deliveries for any reason.
