Sell your shoe collection online with Uptempoair.com See your shoes on our site and wait to see them sell.

First and foremost - Any consignor that ships UTA (knowingly or unknowingly) any shoes/apparel that is not made by the original NIKE manufacture (FAKES/VARIANTS), will not be sold or returned. They will be destroyed by UTA and disposed of immediately – just don’t do it. 

• Fill out the inventory form included at the end of this document.
• Fill out and sign the UTA consignment agreement.
• Package your item/s - Please make sure you pack your items well and include the signed agreement, the inventory form, and a money order or cashiers check for $20 (sending cash is always acceptable, however, we are not responsible for missing cash).
• Shipping your Item – Because you are issued a tracking number and an option for insurance, UTA recommends shipping UPS (United Parcel Service), “the little brown truck.” To find a UPS Store near you, visit www.ups.com
• Ship your shoes to:

Once we have received your shoes...

• We will process your item/s – All items will be posted on our website www.uptempoair.com with in 3 business days.
• Your item/s will appear on the homepage for at least 24 hours during the selling period – UTA will place the shoe on the site where it deems most appropriate at all other times during the selling period. You will be emailed a link to your shoe, indicating it’s location on the site when posted.
• Once your item sells, you will be notified and given the details of the transaction and the final amount owed to you by UTA - check agreement below for current commission rate.
• Processing your payment – UTA has 14 business days to process the rest of the transaction, i.e. receiving payment from buyer, etc. You can select to be paid by one of the following options:
  
  Instant transfer of funds to a PayPal account
  Check by mail
